I almost posted this link on Facebook! Gasp! I have determined to not use Facebook as my
soapbox. (mostly because I am sooo opinionated and have realized not everyone
wants to know my opinion about everything.)
I love this girl because she is so real. I thought this post was encouraging, but I have to admit, I wanted to raise both good and godly children. Don't we all?

Little Miss Eve Amelie
All things girly is our little Miss Eve. She's a good girl and mostly drama free. :)
Here are her precious little feet in her very first ballet slippers.
Eve loves to play with her big brother. She adores him and lights up when he comes near. He is a sweet and gentle playmate and loves her just as much.
Miss Eve is everything a baby girl should be. Sweet, sassy and a little flirty with her daddy. She is a joy.

Swinging
Jack and Caleb's new swingset arrived this month and they are loving it. It's so nice to walk out the backdoor and be able to swing anytime.
Mimi's camera was on some weirdo setting and all her pictures are a strange color. Oh, well. They are cute any color. Even an little blue.
Speaking of being blue, this picture captures how Jack felt yesterday. Little did we know, a mean ol' virus was about to make itself known. Poor little Jack was sick, sick, sick.

Jonah's First Professional Haircut
Because of a couple of haircut faux pas, Jonah needed professional help. Our dear friends,
Mrs. Christy, John David, Katy and Cari, graciously met us a Great Clips in Brentwood to show us the ropes.
John David is our hairstylist Kerry's dream come true. J. D. is so relaxed you would think he was falling asleep.
Jonah, on the otherhand, qualifies as his worst nightmare. I knew it was not going to be pretty when he wouldn't even sit on the seat. Kerry was wonderful. He even had Veggie Tales on his IPhone and let Jonah watch. He was such a good sport.

The Little Man
Mum and Daddy teach him.
He's into "Cars" and went to see his first theater movie with Daddy this week.
One of the games he plays is talking jibberish. Daddy says, "Those aren't real words!" and he laughs and continues on. He loves to play with friends, swing, ride in the wagon, and play with cars. He loves his videos and enjoys car rides as he has a dvd player in his van.
He goes to preschool on Thursdays and has almost made drop-off time tear free.
I love to hear him say, "I'm Happy!"
Jonah still loves green beans, Mimi's Special Porridge and Gold Fish. He doesn't seem to be as attached to
"Ba-Ba's" nearly as much.
Mimi wants to bite his face off sometimes, but I know he's too big
to let Mimi "have a bite" like he used too. Jonah is a wonderful big brother
to Miss Eve. He is gentle and loving with her.
He is a great cousin as well, wanting to share and almost doing it. :)
It's hard not to be the center of attention all the time. Sharing the limelight with the new princess and 2 adorable cousins is hard.
You, Jonah, fill our hearts with love and joy to deep to describe.
Sweet Miss Eve
I don't know why I always call this beautiful, baby, girl Miss Eve. It just seems right. She's a little lady and is "Miss" Eve to me. Precious!
